We provide no (zero) assurances, guarantees, or warranties that the plugin, theme, or WordPress version you are downgrading to will work as you expect. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 No Liability for Rollback Issues
WP ROLLBACK IS NOT INTENDED TO BE USED WITHOUT FIRST TAKING THE PROPER PRECAUTIONS TO ENSURE ZERO DATA LOSS OR SITE DOWNTIME. WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY ISSUES, DAMAGES, OR SITE FUNCTIONALITY PROBLEMS THAT MAY ARISE FROM USING THE SERVICE.
4.2 Your Responsibility
You acknowledge that:
- You are using WP Rollback at your own risk
- You should always back up your website before using WP Rollback
- You should always test rollbacks on a staging or development site before using on a production site
- We bear no responsibility for any negative outcomes resulting from the use of our Service
4.3 Limitation of Damages
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

5. Best Practices
We strongly recommend the following best practices when using WP Rollback:

- Test all rollbacks on a staging or development environment first
- Review plugin and theme changelogs to understand what changes were made between versions
- Be aware that rolling back may introduce security vulnerabilities that were fixed in newer versions
